Lumieres de la ville

"Lumieres de la ville" is engraved into the base and also appears on a label. I understand that this is a reproduction but as you can see the shade is missing. I'm trying to find a replacement. Any help would be greatfully appreciated. I bought it originally in an antiques shop in Newport, Essex. The base lights up as well although changing the bulb is very tricky. There's a ref no. on the base 0016.
